Cereals: Properly heated white rice, white bread

Pulses: Thin dhal

Fruits: Banana(small), Oranges, then Apple( Without skin), Tender Coconut water.

Milk and Milk products: Yogurt, Buttermilk.

Meat, Fish, and Egg: Cooked egg, Chicken keema, and Boiled fish.

Oil: 1Tbsp/ day( Olive oil, Leaf mustard Oil, Rice bran Oil, Canola oil Sugar: 2 Tsp/ day.

What should not eat in Typhoid?

Avoid raw, peeled fruits and vegetables that may have remained washed with contaminated water, especially lettuce and fruits like berries that can’t remain peeled. Bananas, avocados, and orangeness make better choices, but be sure to peel them yourself.


With treatment, the symptoms of typhoid fever should quickly improve within 3 to 5 days. If typhoid fever remains not treated, it’ll usually get worse over a few weeks, and there’s a significant risk of developing life-threatening complications.
